Cooking instructions

  1. Cook your pasta aldento style.
  2. In the meantime, squeeze the juice from your lemons and set it aside. Grate the zest from 1 lemon and fry it lightly in the pan with a pinch of olive oil.
  3. Grate the parmesan you've got for this recipe.
  4. When pasta is ready, mix it with the zest and olive oil you fried in the pan, half of your grated parmesan and lemon juice.
  5. Serve on large plates with the remaining parmesan and freshly grounded black pepper.
