Project language file 1 (HTML2) - 9x-Internet

I chose HTML as the main (1st) project language file for this project (9x-Internet) as the original majority language for this project is HTML, and this project relies on certain web features and HTML is a fitting language. VBScript is the 2nd project language file, and a 3rd language file is under decision.
