Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo has accepted a 23-month suspended jail sentence and a £16.5-million (over ₹150-crore) fine over tax fraud. Ronaldo was accused of defrauding the Spanish authorities of £12.9 million in unpaid taxes between 2011 and 2014, when he was a Real Madrid player. Ronaldo won't serve any time in jail as he has no previous criminal record.
