Using a phone and driving is bad because if you take your eyes off the road for a min anything can happen you can get hit by a car or you can hit a person or better yet a kid. People die or get injuries every other day just by texting and driving. Nearly 390,000 is being injured just by texting and driving.

Teenagers do it the most taking a video of they self driving and texting they girlfriend/boyfriend. 1 out of every 4 car accidents in the United States is caused by texting and driving. It only takes 1 sec for a accident and I don't think people know that. Some teenagers like to have friends in the car it only takes that one friend in the car to stop you from picking up that phone because you have someone else life on your hands. No, I'm not saying that using your phone and driving is worse then drinking and driving but it's just as dangerous. Teenagers should be careful God forbids but it could be them.

People should get wireless headphones so when someone call. Smartphones have made it easy for us to stay connected at all times. But that can pose serious safety risks if someone decides to check his or her text messages, emails, phone calls, or any other mobile applications while driving.

Teenage drivers should read and study up on driving safe because if they don't they could get hurt. 36% of respondents (aged 18-24) admitted to texting while driving.
