Delete the target text

To delete the target text in the phrase box:

1. Press the Backspace key, or the Del key as often as needed to delete the text..

2. Press Enter.

This process clears the entry from the Phrase box and moves on to the next location without entering anything into the knowledge base.

 Note

• Deleting the text in the box and pressing Enter leaves an empty cell called a hole, Normally, you will type a new adaptation after deleting the text and them press Enter to move the Phrase box to the next hole.
