To save a knowledge base manually:
Open the File menu.
Click Save Knowledge Base
Adapt It updates the permanent knowledge base file on the hard drive, by copying all of the current changes to it. This action overwrites the old entries for the changes, and synchronizes the knowledge base in memory with the permanent knowledge base.
