Computer Desktop Mainteance

1. Ensure Computer and Monitor are functioning.
2. Power on Terminal and log into Windows.
3. Perform Software Diagnostics:
   • Go into command prompt and run 'sfc /scannow' to ensure your hard-drive is free of errors.
   • Right click on your 'C' drive and choose defragment.
   • Perform an Anit-Virus scan.
   • Check to see if VPN is enabled.
   • Search in Control Panel to verify that fire-wall is operational.
4. Powerdown computer terminal.
5. Unplug device.
6. Vacum front and back of device.
7. Plug back in the machine.
8. Power back on terminal and log into Windows.
9. Go into Internet Explorer and go to http://www.google.com.
